What we think about in the first five minutes of the day sets the tone for the rest of the day.  Journaling is a powerful tool we can use to put some intention into our day and to improve our productivity and creativity.

There are several kinds of journals and it is recommended that you utilize all three of these techniques.

Developing a financial business model

Every business needs a financial model. I have created a financial spreadsheet that is simplified for ease of use.  All you have to do is enter data in the fields that are YELLOW and the rest is calculated for you automatically. I developed this model back in 1997 with the help of a CPA firm.  It isn't perfect, but it gives you meaningful data to consider when setting prices and target market goals.
